Can laughter help you with stress?

3. Reduce stress hormones. Laughter reduces the level of stress hormones in your body, strengthens your immune system and reduces the impact of stress on you.

4. Change your perspective. Laughter helps you you look at things from a different and more positive perspective, which can help reduce the stress you are feeling.

5. Feel better. Laughter makes you feel better, whatever you are doing. It is very difficult to be stressed or anxious when you are laughing.
